Know How We Make Our Delicious Food!

All of the food from Knotty Pine Brewery is made from scratch without chemicals or preservatives. We make a wide array of different things from all of our sauces like spicy ketchup (a fan fav), biscuits, pizza dough, mozzarella, and salsas with guac. We produce all our own beer as well and have a brewery located in our restaurant. Everything is made in house and is not reproduced. We have a fresh garden in the back where we grow mint, basil and other fresh ingredients, in which we add to our food and cocktails. Each recipe has trial and error until it reaches perfection, but once it’s finalized it tastes amazing!

At Knotty Pine we also care about serving all customers that walk through our doors. Some of the choices we provide include: vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options. Some of our vegan and vegetarian options include a quinoa black bean burger, fresh grilled vegetables, and all of our delicious salads. For our gluten-free customers we offer gluten-free bread to substitute for any of our sandwich bread or toast. One of our main priorities is to make sure our food comes from a safe and reliable vendor in order to provide the best ingredients in which we make our food. Our owner Jonathan Kessler visits almost all of the establishments and tours each venue in order to ensure the safety and quality of the ingredients. At Knotty Pine we have all different types of healthy food as well as comfort food which offers a variety of choices for all individuals.
